A beautiful post & beam cottage located in historic Beaumaris was ready to be passed along to a new family. Built by the current owners and lived in year-round, it was a difficult decision but time to move on.

After 15 years, this family was ready to pass along their tree-filled, gently sloped cottage located in a quiet bay minutes outside the town of Bracebridge. They found the perfect young family to create new memories.

Located just outside Port Carling and close to family on Lake Muskoka, this homey, sundrenched, pine-floored cottage was the perfect fit for this family of five.

A scenic golf cart ride through the woods gave this family everything on their list: complete privacy, expansive lake views, and true island living with convenient year-round mainland access.

New to cottage ownership we took our time finding the right spot. Taking into account this family's lifestyle and specific needs, we settled on this small lake right outside of Port Carling. With 18 other offers, we managed to secure their perfect fit. 

It didn't take long to find this family their perfect cottage. We narrowed down our search to a lake close to other family and a familiar town. This family loves everything about the lake, the neighbours, and the cottage itself.
